Is it time to pull the plug on this forum? Should we just stop using this forum? What is the rationale for having both this forum and Dev1 Galaxy? It is somewhat confusing, and a bit of a pain to have to check two different places, plus the IRC channel, really, to have some sense of what's going on. I still don't feel like I know what's going on, and I've tried.
I get a strong feeling of disorganization. I know this is still early days, but people are coming now to Devuan as users, and are not savvy developers, and there seems to be no one place to get any sense of what's going on, or a vague sense of a timeline, or anything else. I don't know that I even have a good idea of what the goals of the project are, or if it's a star I really want to hitch my wagon to.
In the Hellekin thread you reference, someone (I think it was golinux) said that they felt there was good transparency. I don't know, maybe, if you know where to look. What is lacking is clarity. I.e., a web page or something where one can find out what is really going on with this project. With regular updates, status reports. It really needn't take a lot of anyone's time.
